私たちは、あなたのプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。本アプリは完全にオフラインで動作し、あなたのデータを外部サーバーに送信することは一切ありません。

1. 水分補給記録
- 内容: 飲んだ飲料の種類、量、日時
- 保存先: お使いの端末内のみ（SwiftData）
- 目的: 日々の水分補給の記録と進捗表示

2. ユーザー設定
- 内容: 1日の目標水分量、おやすみ時間帯、テーマ設定、ボイス設定、お気に入り飲料

- 目的: アプリの個人設定

3. Apple ヘルスケアデータ
- 内容: 水分摂取量（dietaryWater）
- 操作: 書き込みのみ（読み取りは行いません）
- 保存先: Apple ヘルスケアアプリ（Apple管理）
- 目的: ヘルスケアアプリとの水分記録の連携
- 任意: ヘルスケア連携はオプションであり、設定画面でいつでもオン/オフを切り替えられます
- 第三者への提供: なし（Appleのヘルスケアフレームワークの仕組みに従います）
4. アプリの動作状態
- 内容: オンボーディング完了フラグ、レイアウト設定
- 保存先: お使いの端末内のみ（UserDefaults）
- 目的: アプリの初回起動判定と表示設定
- 第三者への提供: なし
5. 購入情報
- 内容: アプリ内課金の購入状態
- 管理: Apple（StoreKit 2）
- 本アプリの関与: 購入の有効性確認のみ。レシートやトランザクション情報をアプリ内に保存しません

収集しないデータ
本アプリは以下のデータを一切収集しません:
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人識別情報
- 位置情報
- デバイスの固有識別子（IDFA等）
- 閲覧履歴、検索履歴

ネットワーク通信
本アプリはインターネット通信を一切行いません。 すべてのデータはお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。ただし、アプリ内課金の処理時にはAppleのStoreKitフレームワークがAppleのサーバーと通信を行います。これはAppleの標準的な仕組みであり、本アプリが独自にネットワーク通信を行うものではありません。
トラッキング
本アプリはユーザーのトラッキングを行いません。 App Tracking Transparency (ATT) のリクエストは表示されません。
サードパーティSDK
本アプリはサードパーティのSDK、ライブラリ、フレームワークを一切使用していません。 Apple公式フレームワーク（SwiftUI, SwiftData, HealthKit, StoreKit 2, UserNotifications）のみを使用しています。
データの保持と削除
すべてのデータはお使いの端末内に保存されています。
- データの削除: 本アプリをアンインストールすると、すべてのアプリデータが削除されます
- ヘルスケアデータ: ヘルスケアアプリに書き込まれたデータは、ヘルスケアアプリ内で個別に管理・削除できます
- 購入情報: Apple IDに紐づいた購入履歴は、Appleの管理下にあります
ウェブサイト（LP）について
本アプリのランディングページ（https://kojok120.github.io/Hitokuchi-LP/）は GitHub Pages 上でホストされています。このウェブサイト自体は独自のアナリティクス、トラッキング、広告、クッキーを一切使用しません。ただし、GitHub 社のホスティングインフラがアクセスログ（IP アドレス、リファラ、User-Agent 等）を一時的に保持する場合があり、これは GitHub 社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としたものではありませんが、個人情報を一切収集しないため、お子様が使用しても個人情報に関するリスクはありません。
プライバシーポリシーの変更
本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートを通じてお知らせします。

Introduction
"Hitokuchi" (hereinafter "the App") is an iOS application designed to help you easily track your daily water intake. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in the App.
We deeply respect your privacy. The App operates completely offline and never transmits your data to external servers.
Data We Collect
1. Hydration Records
- Content: Type, amount, and date/time of beverages consumed
- Storage: On your device only (SwiftData)
- Purpose: Recording and displaying daily hydration progress
- Shared with third parties: No
2. User Settings
- Content: Daily water goal, quiet hours, theme, voice settings, favorite beverages
- Storage: On your device only (SwiftData)
- Purpose: Personalizing the app experience
- Shared with third parties: No
3. Apple Health Data
- Content: Dietary water intake (dietaryWater)
- Operation: Write-only (no read access)
- Storage: Apple Health app (managed by Apple)
- Purpose: Syncing water intake records with the Health app
- Optional: Health integration is optional and can be toggled on/off at any time in Settings
- Shared with third parties: No (operates within Apple's HealthKit framework)
4. App State
- Content: Onboarding completion flag, layout preferences
- Storage: On your device only (UserDefaults)
- Purpose: First-launch detection and display settings
- Shared with third parties: No
5. Purchase Information
- Content: In-app purchase status
- Managed by: Apple (StoreKit 2)
- App's involvement: Verification of purchase validity only. The App does not store receipts or transaction data
- Shared with third parties: No
Data We Do NOT Collect
The App does not collect any of the following:
- Personal identifying information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Location data
- Device identifiers (IDFA, etc.)
- Browsing or search history
- Advertising data
- Usage analytics
Network Communication
The App performs no internet communication whatsoever. All data is stored exclusively on your device. During in-app purchase transactions, Apple's StoreKit framework communicates with Apple's servers. This is Apple's standard mechanism and is not initiated by the App independently.
Tracking
The App does not track users. No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is displayed.
Third-Party SDKs
The App uses no third-party SDKs, libraries, or frameworks. Only Apple's official frameworks are used (SwiftUI, SwiftData, HealthKit, StoreKit 2, UserNotifications).
Data Retention and Deletion
All data is stored on your device.
- Data deletion: Uninstalling the App removes all app data
- Health data: Data written to the Health app can be individually managed and deleted within the Health app
- Purchase information: Purchase history linked to your Apple ID is managed by Apple
Website (Landing Page)
The landing page for this app (https://kojok120.github.io/Hitokuchi-LP/) is hosted on GitHub Pages. This website itself uses no analytics, tracking, ads, or cookies. However, GitHub's hosting infrastructure may temporarily retain access logs (IP addresses, referrers, User-Agent, etc.) in accordance with GitHub's own privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
The App is not specifically designed for children under 13. However, as it collects no personal information, there are no privacy risks associated with children using it.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates.
